i was wondering what the property taxes are and are there assoc. fees for the community.

Hi Walter – thanks for getting in touch! The taxes for this property would be approximately $1000/year if you were to apply the $50,000 homestead exemption. There is an HOA fee of $125/year and there is also a CDD Fee of $1551/year.
